I’m Sara, a dual-licensed U.S. and Canadian Registered Dietitian. I specialize in GLP-1 support, behavior-based nutrition counseling, and sustainable weight management.
Using evidence-based tools like motivational interviewing, CBT, and ACT, I help clients feel confident and empowered in their health journey.

My last name, Jafari, translates to the herb parsley in my mother tongue.

Having dedicated my entire dietetic career to weight management, I’ve guided clients of diverse backgrounds toward sustainable weight and health goals. As both a Registered Dietitian and Certified Bariatric Educator, I combine science and compassion to help you achieve results that last.

I bring expertise in weight management medications such as Contrave, Saxenda, Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound. I’ll help you navigate dose changes (with your physician’s guidance), manage side effects, and build nutrition strategies that ensure both comfort and nutrient adequacy.

My background ranges from working as a research assistant at Western University’s Exercise & Pregnancy Lab to practicing as a registered dietitian at Life Time Athletic, WeightWatchers Clinic, and Medcan Health Management. This equips me to design safe, custom plans, even for clients with complex health needs.
